About Us
KnowMe Initiative is a 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization which is about connecting diverse people, by using their shared interests as an icebreaker for an organic and educative interaction about one’s diversity in order to eliminate subconscious divides.
KnowMe will facilitate a shared venue for diverse citizens, by enabling them to identify their common interest(s)- an interest that will serve as an icebreaker for an opportunity to listen and learn about ones diversity. Founded in 2020 by Baykal, J., KnowMe is determined to earn public trust through ethical, honest and responsible service. The continued success of KnowMe will depend upon ethical conduct of its employees, volunteers and representatives.
KnowMe strives to promote and deliver diversity awareness, tolerance, acceptance and inclusion through amicable, gratifying and innovative solutions.

Our Mission
KnowMe is dedicated to connecting diverse citizens through their shared interests, in order to foster organic, gratifying and educational interactions about one’s diversity; thus bridging invisible and subconscious societal divides, secondary to ill-conceived ideologies about diversity. KnowMe strives to eliminate communal and institutional prejudice, discrimination, inequalities, and aims to lessening racial tensions, through its engaging and interactive outreach platforms; thus evidencing the beauty of diversity and commonalties of mankind despite our differences.
Our Vision
Our vision is to be a pioneer and beacon of bringing diverse citizens together by means of amicable and organic interactions, stemming from shared interests and love, in order to rout out causes of persistent societal divides and generational inequities for a better world of equally revered coexistence for all citizens.
