Once you sign up, make sure your Amazon mobile app is linked to the charity - it does not automatically do this! But it's VERY simple - just open your mobile Amazon app, go to settings in the lower right menu, scroll down to "AmazonSmile," and make sure that under your AmazonSmile settings it says "ON."
